What the Desk?

So I am seriously not sure why I am posting this admission, but I am. I have been so busy with everything lately that I have not had time to get my office in order to work there, so the dining room table is being split by Brandon and myself. Well, his computer monitor alone takes up his half, but mine has my computer, my calendar, bills, cameras, the Cricut, birthday party stuff, baby shower stuff and well it is just a cluster of stuff, all that I am using.

I joke that I use organize chaos as a system, but this is my goal for tomorrow. Well this and getting out the remainder of the baby shower invitations out for Amanda. Danny's invites went out today, and I have to go to the post office to mail Catherine's DVDs tomorrow but other than that I plan to work my rear off so I can have some organization, which is much more preferred and allows me to get a lot more done.

I have been invited to submit some photographs to an Art Show in NY for musicians. Now I need some Musicians to photograph! We will see how it works out, just because I submit doesn't mean I will be accepted, but to be asked means so much! If you know any musicians tell them to holler at me! ASAP!

Well, I better get back to editing and then to bed. I am pretty tired and with all I am determined to get done tomorrow I have to get some rest. Mom called to see if the boys one or both want to spend the night tomorrow night. After I talk to her in the morning and make sure she is still up for it, I will ask them and see what they say.

For tonight know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers!

Just Another Manic Monday...

Come on sing with me! I know you want to.

So we were on our way to St. Francis this morning when Danny starts to have a horrible asthma attack. Of everything the baby got from me why was this the gene that was passed along. Anyway, I let him stay home because I know that it was miserable, plus it was a really bad one that ended in him throwing up. He laid around and is much better. Thanks to all his asthma meds. Come on weather stay warm and work with me!

John Michael went to school and had a great day. Today was his last full day of school. I did not realize how sad I was until he walked out with his bag full of all the end of the year stuff. The papers that they did not do and his towel, crayons, markers, etc.

He has been so funny tonight working on his "homework" as he has decided. I am just glad that he it finally at a place that he enjoys working hard.

Well, Danny is asleep and John Michael needs to be. While I know that this is short I also wanted to make certain that I made it back to being on schedule! YAY! I needed a definite positive. There is a lot that I plan to do this summer and getting organized is definitely one of them. This was a start!

I also have Mrs. Hayes (2nd grade) gift ready and I will send it to be printed tomorrow. I want to double check it tomorrow with fresh eyes!

Before I go to bed I will make sure to remember you all in my prayers. I will also be praying for the warmer temperatures to come on back. I am not looking forward to the ballpark with this chill in the air! Good night and sweet dreams to you all!

Catching Up...

So I have one week off from class, that means one week to catch up on so much! I know that it will happen though, there is really no other option I am leaving open. I thought about calling to request an extra week. Hmmmm. We will see where I stand Thursday afternoon, and then I will make a decision. I wish I could take a break until baseball was over. Oh well, it is all good. One day I will be done.

So tomorrow's goals include laundry, the living room, the upstairs bathrooms, and the scrapbooking messes that I have. While I will not scrapbook, I am just going to try to make it organized chaos instead of just the chaos that it currently is. Progress report in tomorrow's blog. I am also hoping to catch up on editing pictures, both professional and personal. Today I was able to finish the April 1st wedding that I had the pleasure of helping shoot. Tomorrow I will be starting Q and U weddings, we will see how far I get. I know some teachers are waiting on them though. Again. Progress report tomorrow. I am excited about these though. Then I have product shots and a prom session to edit. Seriously hoping to get caught up this week. Of course the more I have to do the more business I am doing, which is a good thing, at least in my opinion! Com on you know you want some pictures?!?!

So Danny's baseball game was moved to 6 this afternoon, which was kind of nice. The boys played great and it was a great game! They did lose though. It was a great one though, and in fact if we could have scored more than 7 runs in an inning we would have won, instead we tied it up. Coach Cale is a great coach and is really helping these boys turn into very good baseball players. Thanks for all that you do coach! Danny has gotten better every game and that just makes a momma very proud!

Well now I am off to bed. Before I go to bed as always I will be saying a prayer for all of my friends and family. You are all such amazing people. If anyone wants to come see the boys play I know that it would mean a lot to them. I will have to get the schedule posted for you soon or just call me and I will get it for you. They love a cheering section, seriously who doesn't!
